looking for malted grains

I'm hoping somebody like Roger Baylor can help me out here.

I'm looking for a source for already-malted grains so I don't have to go throught the process myself. Would it be possible to get them from you?

You can always go out to Winemaker supply on Westport or any of the Liq Barn locations. The "Barns" tend to have a smaller selection. There are also TONS of homebew shops on line that sell any grain or roast you are looking for.

I'd prefer to find something locally and avoid paying postage and relying on postal service.

David, yes, when I said local, I was including Louisville. For me, Louisville is part of Salem. Probably a holdover from living in Chicago when so many of the surrounding suburbs were pretty much considered "Chicago," even if you had to drive an hour to get to the downtown of any one of them.

So yeah, you're local to me.
