Captain's Quarters banana pappers

by Carla G » Wed Jan 27, 2010 9:42 am

The breaded and fried banana peppers at Captain's Quarters are some of my favorite things to treat myself to. Well... those with a beer or a margarita and the view.
But since I can't get out there as often as I would like, does anyone know if they can be made at home in an oven instead of frying them?
