Post Holiday Meal Ideas

by TeriCP » Sun Dec 27, 2009 11:06 am

We are hammed out, tired of green bean casserole, fruit salad and cheesy potatoes...

Our family of three, (two old folks and a teen) want something but aren't sure what it is... :?

I am working part time this week but our daughter will be home. We'll probably also have our 2 1/2 year old grandaughter while her daddy and mommy work this week.

Any ideas for easy layed back meals for the next weekdays before the next blowout holiday?

Fire up the grill & pretend its summer! Tonight we are having ribeyes, baked potatoes, & grilled squach.

I don't know about anyone else but the word "diet" pops into my mind after all the feasting of the past week.

No dieting allowed until after New Years!!!

Well, last night it was tacos, refried beans (fat free, I might add) and roasted broccoli...

Tonight may be some pizza.

I have no imagination........ :(

OK, so I took Sunday's left over pizza and rolled it up into balls, dipped it in batter and fried it.
