Update on homemade tabasco!!!!

One of the responses said his sauce always sucked, so I was kinda bummin, but it is a great success!!! It was my first try and i was just doing what my research told me to do, and so I must have done it right. I have only been cooking 30+ years, so I knew my technique was good, but i was totally astonished with the results. I recommend anybody with a "peck of peppers" to do the same. Hot sauce!!
