Fresh Turkey

It's only been 24 hours yet I cannot remember who was asking about fresh turkeys at the Potluck.
At any rate I just saw a big sign at Rainbow Blossom promoting them.
A mind is a terrible thing to lose.

It was me! I will see if the new RB across the street from school is carrying them - thanks!

AT Rainbow Blossom you have to preorder a fresh turkey.

You do not need to preorder Steve P. He comes naturally.

I left it kind of late, but I found fresh, never-frozen turkey at Burger's Market today. Importantly, they have them in the 5-8 lb range, perfect for two people, but still featuring dark meat and of course the leftover carcass to make stock out of.

So, all you singles and couples that aren't cooking for an army - there's still hope!
