Disposable ramekins

by TrishaW » Thu Nov 12, 2009 1:01 pm

Anyone know where I can buy them reasonably cheap? Part of the family is asking for creme brulee for dessert on Thanksgiving, and the other half molten cakes. I have about 10 ramekins, but that is not enough!

Trisha,

I don't know about disposables, but you might want to consider buying ceramic ones from "Dine" - the restaurant supply store. I purchased 20 of them there several years ago and they are far cheaper than regular retail stores. They sell to the public and you can buy singles.
