Brownie/Lasagna Pan

by Beth K. » Mon Nov 02, 2009 3:28 pm

I saw one once that was created in a labyrinth like pattern so that all the pieces would be an "edge" piece. Has anyone seen this for sale anywhere?

I'm intersted in this too. However, a friend recently stated that this type of brownie pan isn't all it's cracked up to be. Unfortunately, I can't remember who said this, but I do remember that it was part of their Facebook status. I'll do some investigating and report back.

I was hoping to be able to go and buy one from a store - I need it by Friday.

Thanks Jess, report back!

I like to make brownies in my muffin tins. They bake faster and everyone gets the crispy edge they are looking for.
