Drunken Chicken Recipe

Does anyone have a recipe for Drunken Chicken similar to what is served @ J. Gumbo's? I absolutely love it and can't seem to find a recipe anywhere that resembles it. Thanks.

I've looked for it too. Couldn't find anything that seemed to be the right recipe.
