Both have tuna. Don't know if it is just what you want.

Stan's Fish Sandwich orders various fish and you can pick it up once a week. They could probably get it for you. Leila (owner) or Suzanne.

According to the wikipedia entry, ahi tuna is is one of two species known as yellowfin tuna, both originating in Hawaii.

I can't tell you about Louisville, but in our neck of the woods yellowfin is available in the fish section of most grocers.
