How did your cake turn out and what do you think of your pan now?
annemarie m wrote:carla, cake came out delish. after reading what marsha sent, they are silicone. i had never seen them before. when my mom passed away, after cleaning her house out, i saw them in a box and had no clue to what they were made of. there was no directions. they were wrapped in plastic and had never been used. one pan, a big square one came with it's own sturdy wire mesh holder. i like them. cake comes right out of the pan. i don't need to use any pam spray. i like the way they wash up easily. i'd would use them again.
