I am watching Everybody Loves Raymond and they mentioned steak pizzaiola . They mention this dish alot, and i have always wondered what it is. I googled it and found a bunch of different things from a steak type to a burger. You came to mind cuz i am sure you have heard of it, well that is if it is real and original......

sounds good.... though recipes i have seen are saying to cook it in the oven for hours......

what you described sounds really good, fast and easy.

As i look some more , more of the recipes do it as you explained. Some finish up in the oven from anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours. But i would think if you are using super thin steak you dont need that as you say. I might try doing this sometime this week. sounds good.
