Becky, try ricanrecipes.com. there's a Budin recipe there. Sounds very good!

I wonder if Buenos Dias Cafe, the neat little Puerto Rican/Honduran/Mexican restaurant over on the north side of Jeff close to Sellersburg, would have it? They're such friendly people, and some of the family are of Puerto Rican heritage, I'll bet they would share a recipe if they've got one.

i found some recipes online......and read them out to my mom...some seemed too eggy to her....others too much milk....and.....only the traditional sites had the correct directions....which is to mash it up all together with your hands.......from what i have gathered i am going to try it.....making up my own version as i go along.....

oh and i never thought of buenos dias cafe.....we have been there....it is soooo good.....we got so full on all the other stuff didnt even think of desserts....

thanks
