Lost Recipe - Azalea's Thai Chicken Salad

by Tammy U » Mon Apr 06, 2009 11:43 pm

If there's anyone who would have this recipe, I'm sure it would be someone on this forum :). I know that the C-J posted it years ago (and that's how I had it), but now I've lost my clipping and I don't think I have any other way of getting it...

If nobody here has it, you might try calling Ron Michulak at the CJ. I'm sure they still have it over there. If you do get it please post it here, it sounds like a different take on chicken salad.

Get in touch with John Varanese of Varanese Restaurant. If it wasn't already his recipe to begin with, I'm sure he'll know the recipe...

Thanks for the info...I'll see what I can come up with and if I get my hands on the recipe again, I'll surely post it.

I think I have a copy of the CJ article with that exact recipe. It may take me a few days to remember, but I'll look!
