A special offering of classes to help you keep Lenten Seafood Fresh and Delicious

March 4th
Lenten Seafood Favorites
Crepes w/Scallops and Shrimp in a Lobster sauce;
Fresh Veggie Saute; Salad and Dessert

March 11th
Seafood Louisiana Style
Shrimp and Crawfish Etouffee; Appetizer;
Salad and Dessert

March 18th
Seafood Asian Style
Wok Seared Salmon w/Asian Noodles and Peanuts;
Vegetable Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon

March 25th
Sushi
Learn the skills you need to fix Sushi!
Sticky Rice, selecting seafood, rolling, sauces and more!

April 6th
Perfecting Shellfish
Shrimp Scampi, Scalloped Scallops and
Lobster and Mushrooms Provencale
Salad and Dessert

Classes are from 6:30PM until 9:00PM at the Seafood Connection in Chenoweth Square.
