FIREWORKS PIZZA

by John Hagan » Fri Feb 13, 2009 9:18 am

This is a recipe from the Zambelli(the first family of fireworks) family for their Fireworks Pizza.

1 12" pre/par baked pizza crust
Italian Festival Tomato Sauce(sub marinara)
1 12oz jar pickled giardiniera vegetable mix, well drained
1 tbsp. chopped drained pepperoncini peppers
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
"Paint" crust with sauce, spread vegetable and peppers evenly, sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
The tall one wants white toast, dry, with nothin' on it.
And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.
