Hi, everybody! Long time lurker, semi-occasional poster.
Some years ago, while searching for a locally-produced cookbook, I came across a now-defunct website of recipes from now-defunct local restaurants. Since I love that sort of thing, I copied the text to my hard drive's archives.
The site, as mentioned, is now no more (it was called http://www.educatetheusa.com, if you were ever aware of it). Just recently I had occasion to share the potato salad recipe from Stewart's Dry Goods with a friend, and it occurred to me that the LHB Foodies might enjoy that and other recipes.
The recipes are for the Brown Tea Room's Cold Brown, J. Timothy's Hot Brown, Myra's Famous Sauce (the sauce Tim Barne's used to have put on his burgers at J. Timothy's), Hasenour's Wilted Lettuce, Stewart's Potato Salad, and a "reasonable fascimilie" of Ranch House Strawberry Pie. I'm glad I saved the original URLs, because in checking the Wayback Machine I discovered they have archived that portion of the web site:

So, here they are. Enjoy!
