Viking (or maybe Vulcan) Oven Repair

by Michele Cull » Tue Oct 14, 2008 10:48 pm

Our church has one of the 6 burner Viking or Vulcan stoves. The pilot light in the oven will not stay lit. This has been a problem for quite a long time. When the floor(?) of the oven is removed, it seemed to help, but now we cannot even get the pilot lit at all. Any suggestions on a repair service?

Try contacting Dine Company.

I know they carry Vulcan Ranges, (not sure about Viking), and i'm pretty sure they do repairs on all types of commercial grade restaurant equipment.

We had Vulcan ranges when i was at Asiatique, and I remember having pilot light problems with the ovens from time to time...

I put vegetables in your desserts, white chocolate with your fish and other nonsense stuff that you think shouldn't make sense, but coax the nonsense into something that makes complete sense in your mouth. Just open your mind, mouth and eat.
