Has anyone shopped at Bluefin Seafoods?

They appear to be wholesale.

I'd like to pickup a 50lb. bag of oysters.

Tom, Bluefin is indeed wholesale, and I don't know that they're in a position to sell to the public. However, a Bluefin exec, Joe B, posts here often. If he doesn't pop up in this thread, why not give them a call and ask? You might mention that this topic is being discussed on LouisvilleHotBytes ...

Not sure if they sell public or not either, but I can vouch that they are top notch and very helpful when trying to track down something odd (even if they don't carry Redfish :( )

Yes, Bluefin is excellent, but to my knowledge, they only sell wholesale. I'm sure they would provide a list of their retailers if you are looking to determine who sells their great stuff...

You could also try Honolulu Seafood. Pretty sure they'll send you whatever you want, adding shipment.
