We have one too (hubby wonders about my Kitchen Aid attachment addiction!), we love it! It stays in the freezer so we can do ice cream, sherbert or sorbet on a whim.

Deb- have you tried the D'Artagnan line of products? I can't sing their praises loudly enough. I was lucky enough to take a few classes with Ariane in her restaurant. She is a real genius and her passion comes through in her products.
