Does anyone know if Chef Gina Brown still offers Servsafe classes (or anyone else in the area for that matter)? The Servsafe portion of their website for finding local classes/proctors is a bit of a joke.

I was able to get a hold of Chef Gina. She offers the Managers course once a month. $150 for class and test or $75 for test only in case others are interested. She posts the information on her FB page [Every Day Fresh with Chef Gina]
