I've recently renewed my love of canning and have found an awesome resource in a Facebook group called, "Safe Home Canning and Self-Reliant Living" ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/3433018 ... 1/?fref=nf ).
In the last few months, I've canned 65 pints of home-grown green beans plus a variety of rehydrated dried beans (pinto, navy and black beans), potatoes, applesauce, poultry, pork loin and bone broth (turkey, chicken, beef and ham). I have to stop canning for now because I've run out of places to store them. But I have big plans for my summer garden.
Any of my HotBytes' friends share this interest? Check out "Safe Home Canning" for lots of ideas and encouragement.
