I'm working my way through a cookbook and the next recipe is for Spotted Dick (I know, I love it!), but the dough requires suet. Needless to say this is the first time I have ever had use for suet, so I have no idea where to source it. Is there a specialty pastry shop or something that sources it locally?
If not is there an equivalent?
