I've always loved Creation Gardens and shopped the retail store every couple of months, but ordering on-line is just not the same as being able to wander the aisles finding wonderful new things. And while I understand it was your business decision, the new model doesn't meet my needs unless it's for the rare case of a truly specialty item that I know I need in advance ( like edible flowers).
I was actually on the site two weeks ago, looking for duck confit.
There was a discussion on Hotbytes about this last year, in case you haven't read it:

Wishing you the best of luck with the new building and model-

Another +1 ... wondering the aisles, smelling/seeing/touching the products prior to purchase, finding new treasures.
Ditto!
Buying produce on-line simply does not provide the inspiration that walking through a store does.
