John Hagan.... aji dulce?

I am glad to hear you have culantro. Do you carry aji dulce? Sorry to say that i do not know the english translation for it. anyone? They look like habanero peppers, but are NOT. They are sweet, with a hint of heat in the background, nothing extreme. i am not good at grabbing pictures to post, but here is some info from wiki with some pictures.

If you have these and culantro...wooohooo. i will be there in the spring and buy a mess of them to make some huge batches of sofrito.

And the short one wants four whole fried chickens, and a Coke.

John - PM me too on this as the whole reason I want the culantro is for sofrito too! LOL! Hey Becky, maybe we can get together for a sofrito making day and then cook up some Arroz con Gandules with some tostones! I have also started making my own Adobo seasoning - way better than store bought!
