HELP!!

by David Clancy » Fri Dec 10, 2010 1:24 pm

I'm looking for contact information on an equipment guy named Randy Schaeffer He has a farm up in Henryville IN. and I lost his number. Also, if anyone knows of anyone else who has second-hand restaurant stuff for cheap, PM me. I am looking specifically for tabletop stuff, pans, (2) 30lb fryers, a 36" grill and various other BOH things. Any/All input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,-Dave

What are you up to Clancy? The JCPS surplus auction usually will have lots of smallwares at a fraction of new. Things like utensils, hotel and sized pans, pots etc. You may be able to get some shelving and stainless prep tables as well. I would err on the side of caution about any refrigeration they will have. I'll let you know when the next one is.

Annemarie, yes, I may have misspelled but I think it's the Henryville one (got a number...? If I reach him I will be truly thankfull!) Dan...can't comment today...maybe Sunday..?? (hint: it's an almost fully equipped bar/kitchen and can be so much more with a little love) Thanks for the help and PM me Annemarie if you have a # for Randy.

Hey David,

I'm not sure what your exact needs are, but you might want to call Majid to see what gear he is interested in selling from his original purchases for our kitchen. I know he is interested in selling some of the stuff, I'm just not sure what.
