100 Baked Potatoes

by Michele Cull » Tue Nov 09, 2010 9:22 pm

I need to make approximately 100 baked potatoes for a school Holiday dinner. Any ideas? (I thought about asking someone to donate them, but that is a lot to ask of anyone.) I have roasters and crockpots to keep them warm, but not sure of how to get them cooked and ready to serve at the same time...

Found some suggestions at:

Sounds like wrapping them in foil, baking them and packing them in a pre-warmed cooler till serving time is probably the way to go.
