I have purchased it at the Asian market on Lyndon Ln., right before the intersection of Lyndon and New LaGrange Rd. - Choi's is the name, I believe.

Awesome, that is very close to home. I've bought pomegranate vineger there, but never seen the molasses.

I got mine from The Spice House in Chicago

If you have never ordered from them, do it. They are an awesome shop. Locals doing it right. Every time I go up there, I make a stop at their shop in Old Towne.

1 part lemon juice, 2 parts sugar, 16 parts pomegranate juice. Simmer to reduce to syrup consistency. You can do it, it's really simple. Look for the "big bubbles" to know when to take it off the heat.

Thanks, but I'm really lazy today. Choi's no longer carries it, so your recipe might have to be a Sun. project.
