How about going for a New England style 4th dinner......lobster rolls etc..... or a Low Country style seafood boil with the corn on the cob etc. if you're having a party.

Lamb? That's my favorite summer dinner.
Bacon is meat candy.

Grill a whole fish....snapper, flounder, etc. and lot's of fresh herbs and olive oil. Beer or a really nice Italian white wine. I'm ready to eat.

Is that too close to BBQ?

If so then do pasta!

Go to Clearwater Foods and grab some cheap ugly lobstah. Steam 'em up with corn on the cob, new potato, slaw and cold beer. Happy 4th!
