I found the "distilled" chocolate and habanero very interesting.

What baffles me me how do you distill the taste with out the spice? Of the pepper I mean. Am I assuming they eliminated the heat and if so, how?

I have no idea; that's what makes it so interesting. They took the heat out the the pepper and the bitter out of the chocolate, amazing stuff.
