OK- if I was going to use food to kill myself this is the way I'd like to go.

The sad thing is that you could probably eat the whole batch and it would have fewer calories than one of the KFC things.

Not that I am advocating eating any of this stuff, but just for a little comparison - the double down at KFC has the same number of calories as a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It does have a few more grams of fat and a little more sodium - but when you are talking about numbers THAT high, what is 32 grams of fat vs 29 grams?
