Just checked out their site. They have something called bacon jerky. My dreams are slowing coming true.

We got hooked on Father's bacon, too, buying it at Butcher's Best. Once you go Father's, you'll never go back. Now we get it mail order. Recently tried their country ham salad, too. Really good stuff!

I just ordered some 1 lb bacon, 2 lb bacon jerky, 1lb cracklins, ham dog chews, 1 lb smoked sausage and cheese from their site. Looking really foward to it. $50 delivered, not bad.

I love a good club sandwich. I eat them almost daily. The classic club must have: 1) well toasted white bread, 2) large amounts of shaved turkey breast (real turkey, no processed stuff), 3) plenty of crisp bacon, 4) crisp lettuce, 5) tomato slice (optional) and 6) the mayo of your choice. To reiterate earlier posts, the classic club does NOT contain ham, cheese, mustard or anything else not mentioned above.

If you ever get to Vegas and like club sandwiches, you must go to the Golden Nugget downtown and go to their Carson Street Cafe and order their classic club. It's perfect. Also, if you're ever on the north side of Chicago, visit Max & Benny's deli in Northbrook, IL.
