Annemarie, sorry to be a party popper, but I don't like to participate in discriminatory events and when you say "no men" this becomes one. This is a foodie forum, why can't anyone who would like to participate? Personally, I don't think the event would be overrun with men, but if one or more wanted to participate, I think the should be able.

My mom requests hot brown or steak au poivre when I visit. My wife's family generally requests spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, and risotto and rack of lamb tend to be repeat requests.

My wife is good with just about whatever I crank out.

My friends always ask me to make reservations.
Coming from a family of fantastic cooks I am the one members sans any culinary skills. My older brother always asks for cookies at Christmas (I use all my mother's recipes) and home made, hand dipped bourbon balls. My daughter argues that I'm a good cook but I think most kids grow up thinking their mom can cook. I do a very good Thanksgiving turkey and cornish game hens with orange glaze. I make a good Persian chili that my husband loved. (Now THERE was a good cook!)

My parents always ask for my chicken enchiledas.
My mom, specifically, asks for me to make her my spaghetti sauce with meat.
My uncle and brothers demand coconut creme pies (I feel like Mary Ann at holidays).
My nephew wants my cheese ball
My neice wants my appetizer meatballs.
My sister in law wants my hot spinach dip.

Thanks Trisha! Now I've got the Coconut Cream Pie Jones! Guess I'll have to drag out my copy of "Mary Ann's Gilligan Island Cookbook" to see how the master made it!

Our pear pizza with homemade blue cheese dressing (totally ripped from CPK years ago), and our butternut squash lasagna are equally requested (frequently by me!)

Oh...butternut lasagna? I make alot of butternut soup in the fall (my 5 year old LOVES it), but haven't ever done much else with them. I do make eggplant lasagna.

Apple pie requests started this weekend. I have three on the counter at the moment that need to be dropped off in a few hours.
