Gary,
Thanks for the great recipe. I brewed up a batch this weekend with a variety of peppers from the Norton Commons farmers market. In addition to your suggested ingredients, I rounded out the color and flavor with smoked paprika (The Bourbon Barrel brand is amazing) and a touch of liquid smoke. I managed to do it in my kitchen without gassing the family and the cat, but I have a Viking hood that will suck the paint of the walls when its cranked up. I'm so impressed with how easy it was to make and how good it tastes. Might have to go into holiday gift production!
