The cost of shipping my top two staples back east on a regular basis would be...well, it ain't happening. They are Paul's blue cheese dressing (for me) and Cheddar Box barbeque almond chicken salad (for him). I've got to get busy and try to facsimilate while there's still time to compare to the real things. I'm especially flummoxed about the chicken salad. What makes it barbeque? Any body with x-ray taste buds eat these two often?

On second thought, it's possible that this is the same recipe. I know that when LM stopped carrying the Amish BC Dressing that a lot of retailers were very unhappy about it. So, LM shared their recipe liberally with a lot of their customers. I think it's highly possibe that Paul's was one of thoswe customers.
