I am quite happy with a stock that I made from some salmon trimmings and vegetables. Besides soups/chowders, any ideas. I was thinking risotto. Anything else?

Ray, as I mentioned on the HotBytes FB page, I'm a big fan of risotto. Any aromatic stock kicks it up a notch. I hope you get some other ideas here, too!
