I made a batch of tamales today and have about three pounds remaining from my four+ pound bag of "Instant Corn Masa". Any ideas on what else I can do with the leftover?? Thanks.

Make more tamales? :) I think it would probably freeze well, Jay, but I've got no large-scale recipes in mind.
