Info on Beers:

Brooklyn Cuvee De Cardoz
ABV: 8%
Chef and brewmaster of Brooklyn have combined their inspirations to bring you Brooklyn Cuvée de Cardoz. This golden wheat beer starts with a base of malted barley and unmalted wheat and then builds upon it a delicate balance of exotic spices selected by Chef Cardoz and then toasted and ground in the kitchens at Tabla. Ginger, tamarind, mace, black pepper, coriander, fennel, fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and chilies are added in the kettle, and then the beer is infused with toasted coconut after the fermentation. Combined with yeast and light hopping, these spices give the beer a gentle, complex perfume, a full fruity palate, and long, drying finish with a faint prickle of heat.

Brooklyn Winter Ale
ABV 6%
Hops: Williamette
Malts: Scottish Floor-malted Maris Otter, English crystal malts, Belgian Aromatic Malt, American Roasted malts, American Oats. Based on the satisfying malty ales of blustery Scotland, Brooklyn Winter Ale will have you looking on the bright side of things. Rich Scottish malts bring deep bready flavors to a beer with a full copper color, a round, smooth palate, and brisk hopping that pulls the sweet malts into balance.

Brooklyn Chocolate Stout
ABV 10.1%
Brooklyn's Imperial Stout is a rendition of a recipe that was once made exclusively for Catherine the Great. Three mashes are used to brew each batch of beer, achieving a luscious deep dark chocolate flavor through a blend of specially roasted malts. This beer is delicious when newly bottled, but also ages beautifully for years.

Local 1
ABV 9%
Created in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, this beer is forged with barley malt and hops from Germany, aromatic raw sugar from Mauritius and yeast from Belgium. Behind the full golden color you'll find an alluring aroma, a dynamic complex of flavors, Belgian flare, Brooklyn fortitude and a dusting of Brooklyn's special yeast. A rare 100% bottle refermentation technique is used to give this beer a palate of unusual depth

Local 2
ABV 9%
Combined European malt and hops, Belgian Dark sugar, and raw wildflower honey from a New York family farm to create this beer. The special Belgian Yeast adds hints of spice to the dark fruit, caramel, and chocolate flavors. After 100% bottle refermentation, the beer reveals a marvelous dry complexity.
