I just drove by and I saw people working in there. Does anybody know if a new restaurant will be there?

I thought I remembered hearing some buzz about this place on the forum a little while ago. Don't the Cafe Mimosa people own the building? I think I have heard some chatter that Cafe Mimosa was going to open again in that location. Anyone have any more info?

Driving past yesterday, I saw that they had removed the booths, and there are now tables in the front room near the entrance by the doors... things seem to be proceeding. Still wonder what's going in there.
