The guy who owns Theatre Square Marketplace, George, told me a couple of weeks ago that Sapporo is opening another location there. I'm not sure where he heard it, but it is next door to his business. I personally am excited about both places and wish they would hurry up and open as they are literally out my back door!! LOL You know, I think he (George) mentioned that the guy who owns the little African shop in the front part of the old cafe Kilamanjaro told him he was given 30 days to vacate by the landlord.
I really keep hoping that someone can convince the owner of Club Villa Fontana to sell and something classy go in there! That would be awesome!
