Laugh. I haven't enjoyed a thread so much since the switch over from the old site.

I heart kooks.

The OP seems to be as much of a juvenile as the "brats" of which he speaks. Please, quit going to this place if is that much of a nuisance. As one other poster offered, if the "brats" were that bad, talk to the parents. Better yet, let me offer this piece of guidance. Before getting hysterical, politely ask your server to see the manager. At that point, when he/she arrives, you can politely and maturely dicuss the issue with them. Hopefully, the "brats" will still be acting as an annoyance clearly seen by said manager.

I'm not sure why I did, but I went to Bedford's Wiki site and it crashed my browser. Now THAT is what I call intimidation.

Is it wrong of me to want to jump on the Bedford assailing bandwagon? Those kids were probably really cute, with parents that care enough about their little minds to take them to a nature center. I don't have any children, but if I did, they'd probably be misbehaved at lunch on a day trip. I've gotta a couple of little neices and a nephew that I would die for, and needlessly to say, some devilish man would turn me in to a "twit" (pretty sure that's what your were trying to call their female protectors). Are you for real???!!! Mmm... I LOVE those little kids.

It may be time to retire this post. Just a hunch that there is more here than we know.

Some of my posts have already been retired. Anyhow, what's wrong with the fun we all seem to be enjoying?

Wow, Doogy ... explain to me how that was "called for"? To me, comments like that remove whatever good-natured fun was taking place.

Just look at the pic. I added more to the good natured fun. Just look at the pic.

Roger, I have seen you verbally slay people here. I can see that you're well educated and have a sharp mind and tongue. I am actually surprised you didn't find the humor in all this.

From now on, and a word of advice to all posters, I will be saving my posts. At least 2 of mine were deleted this evening.

That's right: Verbally. With wit. My reference to Ignatius qualifies as such.

Explain to me how "man boobs" qualify as wit, and I'll concede the point. Until then, it's mean-spirited.

Getting back to the original post. Was it mean spirited for a man of 6'4" and a large weight to practically accost a child? That is really what this post is about.

Let's forget about what you and I believe about the other stuff. It seems that a very large man intimidated a child.
