It is going to be at the Horseshoe Casino in Southern Indiana. He already has restaurants in other hotel/casinos under the Caesars umbrella.
Not sure if it'll be a new concept or just a new location for an already existing concept, but I am 100% certain on the location through friends of mine that work in Caesars' marketing department. The official announcement will be in the spring while Mr. Flay is in the area attending races at Keeneland.

This is the restaurant that he is expanding to all Horseshoe Casinos.
Anyone been to the one in the Cincy Horseshoe?

Eight guest rooms with a courtyard that won't quit. Historical Register, great parking, tradition, and a spot known to horsemen. Can you imagine saying that not only did I dine with BF but I slept with him also. Watch this one.

I go back to another post of mine....does Louisville really need this type of hype taking away from our own excellent chefs?
Mark R. wrote:Hopefully if Bobby does truly open a restaurant in the Louisville area will have some direct involvement in the design and menu at the very least. I would also expect him to visit it out if somewhat regular basis to ensure that the techniques and quality his expectations.
