March 2009. Bank Street Brewhouse. I'm pretty sure that's the newest.

I guess I am confused. I thought you were moving to a new building in New Albany?

We went last week. It was a truly delicious meal. Philly chz steak, awesome fries, beautiful space. The beer list is revolving, and very well thought out. Highly recommend!

I have been there for lunch and dinner. The food is really good and I had great service. The work they did on the building is spectacular. They did an amazing job.

Hello fellow Hotbyte enthusiasts,

Sorry for the delay in my response to this thread. Rick made me aware of it late last week, and I am just now getting around to it. To answer the question, "Yes" we have opened our new Downtown New Albany location. We are located just across the street from the YMCA and next door to Feast BBQ, at 118 W. Main. My apologies for not getting to the forum sooner, there were multiple reasons. First, let me say things have been super crazy around here. I underestimated the amount of work, time, and stress it would take to move a restaurant just 3 miles away. My staff and team managed to pull it off in just over a week, which shows their dedication to this project. I have never worked with a harder working, more determined staff anywhere. Our motto during the move and over the last 6 weeks has been "We'll make it work," and they definitely have stood behind it. Second, I wanted to make sure we would ready for our opening. I didn't want to blast it out to the public because I needed to make sure all systems were a go. For us this was not a new store opening, rather it was a relocation of a successful business, which I knew would be a challenge. With the addition of 50 seats. I knew going from 85 to 135 seats would be a great challenge, regardless of how busy we would be. We had set an expectation for our guests at our Grantline Rd. store and I knew we would have a lot to live up to with our new building. So the plan was to open very softly, and ease into our new space, making sure we had worked the kinks out. The only thing was, the people we opened softly to must have told everyone they knew because it has been a whirlwind over the last 6 weeks. Our business completely changed overnight with our new location. Chef Rick Adams and his team have been busting their tales in their new kitchen, and the results have been outstanding. I cannot express how proud I am to be a part of what these guys and gals have done. I will be putting out an official press release very soon with more details, but I invite everyone in the hotbytes community to come and check us out. Thanks for your continued support of The Exchange Pub + Kitchen and I hope to see you soon at our new downtown location.
