My wife and I ate lunch at this recently opened Italian bistro (see attached menu complete with address & phone number) near Eastern Parkway. It's where Pizza Roma & Istanbul Palace Cafe was, across from Fleet Feet Sports at the Schuster Bldg. We've only been once so haven't sampled much but our lunch hit the spot and it's not overpriced. They're working on some architectural issues that impact the efficacy of the A/C but it was comfortable enough for us even with outside weather in the 90s. There are a couple significant improvements to the dining area. Anselmo's has a full bar - no explanation needed on why THAT'S a major improvement. And they removed the large bar / counter that bisected the room from the entrance to near the back. That fixture might have been a good idea earlier if the intent was a sports bar orientation, but it took up a lot of real estate. This has enabled them to add more tables and the dining room still looks larger than it did.
