Eva Mae's / Chick Inn location - new restaurant?

Looks like the Chick Inn / Eva Mae's location on River Road is getting a new tenant. Anyone know what's coming?

I noticed that Cast Iron Steakhouse is now open in the old Chick Inn place.

Unfortunately it is the only business or residence without major flood damage to it :(... sits about 50 yards from the creek and up
