Looks like the Chick Inn / Eva Mae's location on River Road is getting a new tenant. Anyone know what's coming?

I noticed that Cast Iron Steakhouse is now open in the old Chick Inn place.

Unfortunately it is the only business or residence without major flood damage to it

... sits about 50 yards from the creek and up
