I'm gonna second Chef's Supply. While Dine "used" to be reasonable, alas, they have gotten too big for their britches and pass off their largess on consumers. Honestly, you would be better off buying utensils etc. from GFS or the other big purveyors. Same quality....no gouging. Chef Supply is on Main st at 15th. That could be what you are referring to.
