Sign on the door today says they will open tomorrow 5/26. New venue for lunch.....YEA!

Former Cafe Kiliminjaro, I believe. Not far north of Broadway, past the Brown Hotel.

Yes. Same side of the street as Theatre Square, next to/just north of it.
