I know, a jukebox musical...and many people make fun of this one. But I have to say, I really enjoyed seeing it at the DDP. They have assembled an amazing cast of professionals who can really belt it out. And although the plot is hackneyed, it still makes you feel good. Everything about this show is top-notch. OK so the food may not be up to Phil's oh, how shall I say it, "hi falutin'" standards...(just kidding, guys) but it's not bad for a buffet. In order of flavor -- fried chicken, roast beef, turkey, fried fish. Also serving snap peas, green beans (overcooked), mashed potatoes (passable), pasta with vegetables, rolls, baked sweet potato casserole, and a bunch of salads.
