New restaurant coming to 430 W. Jefferson St.

According to this article from business 1st: https://www.bizjournals.com/louisville/ ... dRcnc9PSJ9 , is going into the former W.G. Grinder’s location on Jefferson Street it's going to be replaced by Melba's, a new restaurant by Chef Charles Reed. He plans on opening it sometime in February. It's going to be another breakfast/lunch restaurant which seems to be the way many new restaurants downtown are going. It already has a website online including menu: https://melbaslouisville.com/ , it certainly sounds like it will be a good addition to the downtown dining scene especially for those who work downtown.

In addition, the desserts, wedding cakes, pastries and confiserie items add an interesting touch to their repertoire.
