Sukiyaki anywhere?

My wife and I are new to Louisville and love exploring the many dining options. Looking for someplace that serves sukiyaki and can't seem to find anything. Anyone have any ideas?

Lawrence, welcome to the forum! Funny, sukiyaki was a big hit a while back (turn of the millennium?) but Japanese restaurants lately seem to focus more on either the teppanyaki slice-and-dice show a la Benihana, or massive collections of sushi (mostly rolls), sukiyaki seems to have fallen out of the common Japanese dinner dishes.

Fuji Steakhouse in Springhurst has it on the menu, though ... check it out here.
