I'd like to see that! I'm guessing that he's moved on beyond the molecular gastronomy thing that was such a big deal when he was here at the Seelbach?

Wasn't he the guy who left Seelbach to open One Flew South in ATL airport?

Judging by his current restaurant in ATL, I would say that he has moved away from molecular.

I think that's the right path for him. He's a really good chef, but his whole crew just got so far into the molecular thing. They whipped up some tasty dishes, but that was a mighty competitive field to be in.
